Our ancestors chased the sun north
No moonlight would touch their skin
We follow their paths
and chase our herds north

But now our herd trips the bones of giants
Break their legs and die
Our herd gets trapped in wire
Bleed out and die

The dead fish rise to the surface
Their flesh rotten and tasting of death
The water from the lake is tainted
We fall sick after quenching our thirst
